To change lanes, the Letter of Intent Form must be submitted to Central Office by February 15th of the school year prior  to your anticipated lane change. Please download form before completing.

Letter of Intent Form for FY27

A completed Salary Placement Form listing the 15 credits you are using for your lane change, along with supporting documentation (Official Transcripts* and/or District CEU letters) are due in Central Office by the date listed below, pending your anticipated lane change.

Deadline date for a Letter of Intent

2/15/25 (FY26)

*CLOSED* For an anticipated Lane Change in either September 2025 or March 2026, your letter of intent must be on file in Central office on or before 2/15/25.

2/15/26 (FY27)

For an anticipated Lane Change in either September 2026 or March 2027, a letter of intent must be on file in Central office on or before 2/15/26.

Deadline Dates for Transcripts & Salary Placement Form

8/15/25 - September 2025 Lane Change  (FY26)

A signed Salary Placement Form and the Official Transcripts* or District awarded CEU letters supporting these approved credits are due in Central Office, Attn: Dyana Bogdan by August 15, 2025.

2/15/26 - March 2026 Lane Change  (FY26)

A signed Salary Placement Form and the Official Transcripts* or District awarded CEU letters supporting these approved credits are due in Central Office, Attn: Dyana Bogdan by February 15, 2026.
